As an External Development Manager at Remedy, you will work closely with our internal teams as well as external partners to facilitate successful collaborations and partnerships. In the External Development (XDev) team, you will be part of supporting all Remedy's project teams to scale with selected partners to meet their full potential.
This role is a fixed-term position until June 2026. The role will be based in our Espoo or Stockholm office.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
As an effective collaborator and mediator, you will work with our internal teams and development partners, to set up and oversee our partnerships in collaboration with our crafts, project game teams and support functions, such as Legal, Finance, and IT.
Be the point of contact for selected partners, driving the partnership selection process and facilitating collaboration. Handle administration regarding contracts and negotiations.
Validate and maintain the XDev backlog and schedule and consistently deliver against targets and schedule.
Proactively recognize risks and propose mitigation actions.
Implement, optimize and improve work methods to drive XDev efficiency forward.
Identify, communicate, and help resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent an on-time and high-quality delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
You have a strong background from a role with both internal and external game development cycles from concept to post-release.
You have experience with Atlassian tooling (Confluence, Jira) and other management tools.
You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills in English and are used to operating in international environment.
You are perceived as calm, and deliberate within a highly dynamic, culturally diverse, energized, and fast-paced working environment.
You thrive working in a team environment, sharing ideas and learning from others. You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments and you are able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way. As a team member you are dedicated contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
