www.sttcondigi.comYou will act as product manager with responsibility for our Care Management System solutions. Focus will be on life-cycle management of software packages connecting health care organizations with individuals that receives care in their homes or at nursing homes. This means you will be responsible for products offering key functionality towards high quality, reliable and secure services to caretakers as well as optimization of staffing, planning, reporting and follow-up for caregivers.
In your daily work you will act as customer and partner to R&D projects during product development. During and after launch you will have a similar role towards our sales and marketing organizations. You will also develop development project specifications, user documentation and perform software acceptance testing.
In order to be successful in this role you must be comfortable with covering a wide range of perspectives, from very hands-on issues to strategic long term analysis and planning. We also think you have a strong customer focus and passion for understanding the factors that make customers successful and how they transfer to product requirements.
We also feel the ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background and be well versed in hosted/cloud based software solutions and TCP/IP protocols. Furthermore, on the strategic level you will develop product roadmaps and business plans in cooperation with the PM team and other stakeholders. This means you must have the ability to analyze and assemble information from many sources in order to build knowledge.
Communication skills are also central. To function in the role you must have the ability to work well within a team as well as present your work to others and adapt your message to the needs of different recipients.
Formal job qualifications:
At least 5 years relevant experience as product manager or similar position.
Masters degree or equivalent in relevant field, e.g. computer science or informatics.
Very good Swedish and English oral/writing communication skills required. Other languages are considered as merits.
