The role as an Embedded Software Engineer
As an engineer in our Core Technologies Media Team, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of embedded software development. Your responsibilities will include:
* Technology Investigation and Requirements Setting: Conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development to validate new ideas and technologies.
* Programming and Implementation: Programming in C/C++, Python, and other relevant languages to create high-performance, efficient, and high-quality code.
* Algorithm and Architecture Development: Designing and implementing new features and architectures, ensuring they meet the defined requirements, standards and performance targets.
* Collaboration and Integration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into our products.
* Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, driving innovation in video technology.

Who are you?
We're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and innovative environment. You should have:
* Experience in embedded systems development, preferably in a Linux environment.
* Proficiency in C/C++ programming and low-level development, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively debug and resolve complex technical issues.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest developments in computer science and technology. Knowledge within video encoding (e.g., H.264, H.265, AV1) and streaming frameworks is considered a bonus.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving Technology development and solving complex challenges.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* A master's degree in computer science or related field.
