You'll be part of a cross-functional team where you will drive to decisions and for alignment to ensure the team can deliver the best possible experience to the players.
You have a passion for building and motivating teams, creating an environment that inspires people to produce their best work.
You know that experimenting is a gamble. But you have a knack for choosing the right opportunities, and you know how to balance meaningful innovation, value, and execution.
Examples of Responsibilities
• Accountable for the product overall (end to end P&L).
• Oversees creative, business, tech and delivery to ensure the team delivers a product that meets the needs of the intended audience/players and the business objectives.
• Accountable and responsible for the product roadmap.
• Communicates and drives for alignment on product vision, goals, priorities and progress within team and with other internal and external stakeholders.
• Builds a product team that can successfully deliver on player and business expectations.
We would love if you have
• 10+ years experience of AAA PC or console games production with large teams from conception to release.
• Extensive experience of working with Games as a Service.
• Experience as a Senior Producer / Executive Producer for a major title.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic, organized and analytical in decision making.
• Energetic, inspiring and with a positive attitude and outlook.
• Deep knowledge of multiple genres of PC and console and PC games and within GaaS.
