Our Design Center in Gothenburg is the global headquarters for Geely Design and focuses on delivering great design for the two automotive brands: Zeekr and Lynk & Co.
Lynk & Co Design is a fast-growing team of both creative and management professionals with the task of delivering exciting global products. In an inspiring studio environment, we build and maintain a top-class design team of multiple nationalities.
We need an amazing Executive Assistant. We think it could be you.
In the role as Executive Assistant with us one can truly say that no two days are the same. In this role you will have the opportunity to support a Vice President at Lynk & Co Creative Design. You will act as the seamless extension of the VP/Heads of Creative Design and work closely with other Executive Assistants at Geely in Sweden as well as in China.
This is what you will do most of the time:
Business correspondence and calendar management with both internal and external contacts
Manage and maintaining schedules, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements, visa applications, organizational charts etc.
Handle purchases, supplier invoices and expenses.
Coordinate executive meetings and events of varying complexity and prepare presentation materials.
Provide internal information using established communication channels
Conduct research and collect data for reports and documents
Other support as required
Provide support at an executive management level or similar
Work independently in projects and/or other methods
To thrive in this role, we believe that you are able to communicate well at a senior and executive level. An intercultural understanding and good interpersonal skills are needed. You will be able to prioritize, plan and enable your own work as well as others in a fast-paced environment. With high adaptability, you are a true team player who is good at taking initiatives when needed. You are a natural when it comes to being enthusiastic, flexible and proactive. Your attention to detail and accuracy is high and you are passionate about solving problems.
You must be proficient in Swedish, English and Mandarin in order to be able to translate and interpret.
You have probably done something like this before:
Provided support at an executive management level or similar
Worked independently in projects and/or other methods
Gained excellent planning management and organizational skills
You have several years of experience in a supporting role in a high-performing and international environment. Preferably you also have a higher education or equivalent
You have technical skills in tools like Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint online and you have experience working in a multicultural global setting.
