Marketing Department within Underground Rock Excavation division, is looking for a Global Sales Support Manager, Automation and Information Management, It could be you!

Job description / Mission

To develop the Automation and Information Management business within Underground Rock Excavation division, together with the rest of the Automation team, customer centers and other key stakeholders, and to secure competitiveness as well as profitable growth globally.

Main tasks

- Business development on Automation and Information Management systems - Development of Go-to-market model within Automation - Take an active role in developing marketing strategies for the customer centers
- Working closely with customers to understand their needs in regards to equipment automation, process autonomy and systems integration
- Working closely with our Automation team and Regional Business Managers to align Automation strategy with local marketing strategies - Playing an important role in further defining and executing the URE division overall marketing strategy - Active participation in Regional Business Review Meetings
- Participation in setting annual objectives and targets for customer centers in the region in regards to Automation and Information Management portfolio.
- Coaching and working with Customer Centers in software and system sales
- Supporting the Mobilaris dedicated sales people in their work
- Collecting feedback from our customers and customer centers and delivering that in a refined form back to our product line, R&D and supply organizations



Experience and education

- Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and marketing of software products and systems in industrial environment
- Experience from selling or working with network infrastructure is valued
- Strong Customer Care focus with strong desire to deliver best practice solutions to our customers together with them
- Understanding of the mining and tunneling process is highly valued
- Sc. preferably in Engineering with strong focus on Business
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Capable of working independently as well as enjoys being part of a team
- Demonstrates strong leadership and sound commercial awareness and a drive for success
