You will be the one in our company with the global ownership and expertise knowledge in these topics, with various possibilities to establish and develop the work routines to set the Dellner best practice.
We are looking for an Environmental & Eco Product Specialist to strengthen our global Quality team within Dellner Train connection systems. In this position you support our engineers with expertise in Eco Design as well as leading the improvements of our Business management system with respect to ISO 14001. You will also have an important role for tasks related to work environment.
You will work closely to our internal organization as well as external parties, customers and authorities. You will sometimes be the expert, or the trainer or the investigator. The daily work is varied, and you take care of both smaller and larger tasks in parallel.
You will be placed in Vika, Falun and report to Global Coordinator Quality & ESH (Environment/Safety/Health).
Your responsibilities
• Develop, coordinate and maintain management system for ISO 14001
• Develop, update and coordinate processes and procedures for the business management system according to IRIS and ISO 9001 standards and customer expectations
• Lead environmental improvement initiatives in the organization
• Support organization in the field of chemical applications
• Support organization to ensure that our products are compliant to international directives and standards as well as customer requirements and company policy
• Provide support and expertise cross functionally, such as supporting Procurement in Eco Design to specify requirements on suppliers
Traveling will be necessary in accordance with the position requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• University degree within the area of the responsibility
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Statutory requirements within the area of responsibility
• Experience of ISO 14001 and business management systems
It 's a plus if you have experience of internal audits, SharePoint applications and product life cycle analysis.
Personal skills:
• Good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
• Good communication skills with ability to transfer your knowledge in an instructive, easy-to-understand way.
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
