Right now, E.ON Sverige are currently looking for an experienced enterprise architect to strengthen the Strategy & Architecture team of Business IT Nordics. We are in the beginning of a challenging journey to transform our future business based on high demanding business goals, strategies and market shift, and we see this as a key role to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibility areas are the overall architecture landscape related to corporate technology and being responsible for information architecture in the Nordics.
This means that:
You will contribute in understanding the business strategy, goals and needs to be translated into an IT Strategy and articulated into an architectural blueprint. To plan, steer and enable the architecture transformation towards our wanted position.
You are responsible of defining, structuring and communicating the relationship between business objects/information to find synergies between capabilities, processes and technology across the whole Nordic business.
You will actively support change initiatives and business development
Manage relationship with both internal and external stakeholders is key in this role. Except for close cooperation within the central EAM team, you are expected to collaborate and cooperate closely with business information owners, information security, domain IT architects, business architects and portfolio management. Work closely with suppliers, partners and IT market to ensure that the IT landscape and services in place fit for today's and future needs.
You will have an active role in the information governance team to bring the holistic, strategic and architectural perspective on the agenda.
Act as a member of Architecture Board, the Nordic EAM governance body, to oversee the strategy and business needs, enforcing architecture compliance and steer software selections.
Coordinate the community of domain and solution architects for your area to foster cross-functional architecture work within the IT organization.

5+ years of experience within Enterprise Architecture Management
3+ years of experience within Information Architecture
Academic degree in computer science, economics or equivalent
Highly developed communication skills
Proven leadership skills
Track record in learning
Holistic and architectural mindset
Experience with IT governance
Experience with change and transformation management
Experience with SOA
Intercultural competence and international orientation
Fluent English language skills, fluent Swedish skills optional
Business travel expected
