Technician - Electrician / Elektriker
This position reports into Technical Utility Supervisor and is based at Helsingborg.

What you will do
The Electrician is responsible for performing advanced electrical and electronic repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and modifications with limited supervision. You will lead or assist lower level technicians and ensure all safety policies and precautions are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments to ensure the most innovative and efficient solutions are implemented.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all electrical systems and components for future reference.
Lead and assist lower level technicians in performing their duties.
Ensure timely completion of projects by planning, designing layouts, determining methods and procedures, selecting proper tools and materials, and coordinating project scheduling with other maintenance technicians, engineers, plant personnel and contractors.
Perform complex electrical repairs, such as locating and wiring electrical outlets and lighting in outages or new installations.
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and precautions within the lab, shop, and manufacturing area.
Ensure other technicians follow safety policies and precautions.
Perform other complex responsibilities as assigned.
Operations manager for fire alarm and planned maintenance.
General property electricity: Investigations in the event of power outage
Involved in planning major maintenance work
Involved in planning for switchgear replacement.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Certified electrician or related field.
Experience from industry (manufacturing).
4-6 years of related experience in electrical systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with electrical testing equipment and software.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical equipment.
Knowledge and experience of fire alarms.

Desired Qualifications
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, including but not limited to wiring, circuitry, and power distribution.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Ability to lead and assist lower level technicians in performing their duties.
Strong project management skills, including planning, designing layouts, determining methods and procedures, selecting proper tools and materials, and coordinating project scheduling with other maintenance technicians, engineers, plant personnel and contractors.
Knowledge of safety policies and precautions within the lab, shop, and manufacturing area.
