Peratech is currently looking for a creative Electronics Design Engineer to their team in Stockholm. Are you our next team member?
What will you do?
In this role as a Design Engineer you will mainly focus on sensor, PCBA, and FPCA layout from NET lists and schematics. You will contribute to be proficient in circuit design for manufacturing, design for application and design for test for analog to digital signal optimization on the circuit. You'll also handle existing PCBs (ours or others) as well as finding clever solutions on embedded electronics problems. To be successful in this role you will work closely with both software and R&D teams to ensure best in class integration and performance.
Your Peratech team is located in Stockholm but you belong to a global solution team with colleagues and clients all over the world. Therefore, this job includes circa 30 travel days a year internationally, especially to Asia.
Who are you?
In your role as a design Engineer you are often describe as creative and solutions-oriented. To be successful in the Peratech team you need to have strong communication skills and be very structured as well as efficient in your work.
You need to have a BSc with relevant electronics orientation and work experience with PCB layout Soldering and Embedded electronics. You also need design tool skills in OrCAD, Eagle and/or Altium.
You need to have a valid EU work permit and be able to speak and write fluent in English.
It's a benefit if you have more than 5 years' experience with PCB layout including analog design as well as manual assembly with reflow soldering and/or a master's degree in electronics or mechatronics.
