We are currently looking for an Electrical Service engineer (technician) for a customer producing electrical power supplies solutions.
Responsible for registering service requests, telephone customer support as well as partners? telephone support.
Responsible for repairs at our workshop as well as at the customers? premises according to their service agreements.
Responsible for emergency service at our customers, change of batteries, put new systems in operation as well as educate the customers on how our products operate.
Contribute in making our services better.
Qualifications and experience
• Technical degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience from field service support on power supplies/UPS systems.
• 50 to 70 days travel per year within the Nordic area.
• Knowledge of analogue technology.
• Must be able to ?read? and understand electrical designs.
• Able to deliver high quality work.
• Driver?s license.
• Must be very social, used in having many direct customer contacts.
• Physically strong (some items are heavy).
• The job position requires that the candidate can communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ambition to develop within our organization.
Meriting skills
• Electrical certification B.
• German language is an advantage.
Additional skills required
We expect that the candidate can work independently as well as in a team. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
