About the Faculty of Health and Society (HS)
Educational and research activities at the Faculty of Health and Society strive to expand the knowledge base in order to preserve, support and promote the physical, psychological, and social health of the individual. Research activities include areas ranging from science, technology, and medicine, to social science. The faculty currently comprises four departments, among them the Department of Biomedical Science.

About the ETN Biocapture
BioCapture is a European Training Network (ETN) funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 Marie Skodowska-Curie Action. 15 research groups, spread across 11 universities and institutes and 4 industrial partners in 6 different countries have come together to train a new generation of chemists/phycisists/biologists with focus on new affinity technologies for cancer biomarkers.

About the position
The candidate will become an employee of Malmö University with affiliation to the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the Faculty of Health and Society. The focus of the advertised position is to conduct research aimed at developing robust LC-MS or LC-fluorescence based methods for phosphorylated biomolecules.

Required Qualifications and Criteria for Assessment of Applicants
The successful candidate will have a masters' degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy. Experimental laboratory experience is required and candidates with experience directly related to the research topic of the position outlined above will be given preference. Moreover to qualify as an ESR you must
1) be in the first four years of your research career
2) not already possess a doctorate degree.
3) not have resided for more than 12 months in Sweden over the last 3 years.
4) be proficient in both written and spoken English.
