The Commercial Solutions is a global unit within Group IT, that enables the Business areas to drive the business and reach their respective business objectives. The mission of the Commercial Solutions is to ensure that the Volvo Group 's IT solutions and IT projects are managed in an optimal way.
Solution Center Marketing & Sales
The Solution Center Marketing & Sales, within Commercial Solutions, has the responsibility to managing the deliveries for all solutions in the Solution Center Marketing & Sales portfolios. The Solution Center has full responsibility on runtime (cost, quality of service) and on the delivery of the IT part of P&IT projects.
We are now looking for an E2E Architect - TSP Delivery
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager E2E & New Concepts and you will be part of the E2E & New Concepts team located in Gothenburg & Bangalore office.

Do you have passion for customer success and want to be part of securing outstanding Process & IT solutions for the end user? As an E2E Architect you need to be able to work both in teams, but also independently depending on the assignment. You need to have experience and deep knowledge in the Volvo Trucks Sales Process.
Position description
As an IT E2E architect within the TSP delivery, you will work with global complexity and business innovation as part of your daily work. You will be involved in different projects, concepts and innovation activities. You will work with skilled team members mainly from Marketing & Sales.
Your responsibilities include;
• Manage the technical quality aspects of an IT solution
• Ensure that the designed solution supports business policies, strategy and stakeholders concerns
• Suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements
• Contribute to the initial assessment of the feasibility of business requirements
• Identify influencing factors for the solution (e.g. communication mechanisms, process lifecycles, concurrency requirements, security)
• Explain and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders
• Design and maintain architecture views, models and target architectures.
• Support reduction of complexity in business processes, information, applications, integration and infrastructure
• Be a part of critical and/or strategic projects as well as prioritized projects and be prepared to be considered for these projects
• Lead competence networks and communities both locally and globally
• Contribute in the IT methodology area and sharing knowledge through presentations on conferences, seminars, networks, etc
• Design IT solutions
• Collaborate effectively with other Architects to solve cross solutions problem spanning their respective areas and resolve technological disagreement with informed, rational solutions
• Lead and foster the development of high performing technical teams
• Key contributor on products, services and/or infrastructure strategies that require complex or advanced conceptualization
Education, Knowledge and Skills
• Have strong leadership qualities, including open and frequent communications at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Continuous improvement and quality mindset
• A team player but with strong "go get" attitude
• Experience working in a global environment
• Ability to conduct meetings and workshops, good presentation skills
