Our European Customer Service and Demand Planning team is looking for an E-Commerce B2B Manager to join forces in driving European B2B E-Commerce development initiatives, in order to outperform vs competition and improve experience to our trade partners as well as increase the level of B2B E-Commerce.

This role will report to the Customer Service and Demand Planning Director, and it is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we're quite happy with the look and feel of the office!

In this role you aim to:
• Lead and drive the B2B E-business development through a functional team with members in our local organizations. You are business owner of the solution and responsible for the successful business realization from road-map business requirement and prioritization, implementation and value creation.
• Improve the way Electrolux service its customers through our B2B portal: increasing business efficiency by onboarding our customer base on the Electrolux B2B portal and steering the development of the platform with new functionalities to meet retailers' self-service needs
• State and secure the roadmap to meet future demand of the business
• Ensure strong capabilities and competences in the local sales companies on B2B E-Commerce
• You will be part of the Trade Place Management Team, a collaboration between Electrolux and other companies in the business.

Your everyday challenge:
• Requirements management for the B2B portal: collect customer & local business requirements; manage the functionality rollout process and business activation within the sales companies as well as with other sector functions as Trade Marketing and sales
• eBusiness Lead: Lead and manage the community with the latest developments across our eOrdering channels, collect requirements, organize user acceptance testing activities and business go-live activities; moderate the interaction with the IT organization
• Steer the business vs the EDI-team and development
• Electrolux-member in Trade Place Management Team (separate organization co-owned)
• Ensure training and promotional presentations within the area to other functions
• Performance management within the area

Quick learner. You can quickly understand and assess a situation and react confidently, making decisions even where there is ambiguity. You not only do your best work but also develop your capabilities and acquire new skills.

Minimum experience:
• 6-8 years of experience in areas of business transformation, project management, and CX
• Experience with digital transformation projects, e.g. within areas of eCommerce, eBusiness
• University degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
