Born in 2014 by Creative Director, Max Svärdh and CEO, Albin Johansson, Axel Arigato is a Sweden based contemporary brand that started from an Instagram page and an idea to break into the footwear market.

With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it's via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 6 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 65 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

What we offer:

We are offering an exciting full-time position in our Online Department, located at the head office in Gothenburg. This is a position for a curious and dedicated person that understands that it needs to be a combination of fun, speed, change and social when working at a fast-growing company.

Who are you?

We believe that a successful candidate has a Bachelors degree in the relevant field and at least a year of working experience within E-Commerce and/or CRM. You have an adaptive and analytical mindset and you work with passion and integrity. You are fluent in English and if you also speak Swedish that is a plus. Your genuine interest in E-Commerce & Customer Experience combined with your excellent communicative skills is what makes you stand out from the crowd. This is also what 's allowing you to succeed in within this position and how you are contributing to the continuing expansion of Axel Arigato.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Full responsibility for the website to always be updated, analyzed and aligned with the brand strategy of the part of the year as well as for the proactive and reactive communication with our customers and members.

• Planning and executing of our CRM program. This includes weekly newsletters, information about events, seasonal activities, pre and/or presale communication,

• Omnichannel strategy and aligning every POS and our communication through the same.

• Continuously analyzing our website and its performance. What is driving sales/brand, conversion rate, visual merchandising, landing pages, page speed etc.

• Work closely with other departments such as the Event and Retail teams to plan, execute events for customers to increase loyalty.

• Take ownership of the seasonal digital strategy/calendar together with Brand Director.
