Duty Free Area Supervisor
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Macis Promotions is currently looking for a motivated and driven person to support and improve the activities in Nordic Countries of one of our clients producing and distributing luxury beauty products.
The candidate must have excellent organization skills, a global view and be able to travel inside Sweden and Denmark.
The position includes:
• Weekly visit to the shops
• Motivating and managing staff in different locations
• Following sales and insure targets
• Build strong relationships with shop staff
• Regularly report to Macis Promotions managers
• Training staff
20/30% Office work
80/70% Traveling
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The candidate we seek should have the following qualifications:
• Fluent proficiency & comprehension in Swedish and English is required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills, strategic planning, and business acumen
• Strong Office package application skills.
• Fluency with internet, computer usage and web-based application skills
