For one of our customers we are looking for persons interested in working with second line support. Our customer is an internationally successful company working in the area online gaming; in Stockholm they have approximately 300 employees and they need reinforcement. Their office is situated in central Stockholm with a view over large parts of the town. The support works with daily handling of incoming questions about for example technical and functional problems, incidents with several players or other issues that the first line cannot solve. Most of the communication is carried out in English via e-mail in accordance with quality standards and guidelines. The work is carried out in shifts; the support is open 24/7. You will receive a six week long introduction before the job starts. Is this your future job?
We are looking for persons with some previous experience of customer service and are interested in online gaming. You must be interested in helping other people solving their problems in an efficient and professional way. Fluent English is a requirement, the interviews will be held in English and we will only accept your application if it is written in English. You don’t need the Swedish language for this job, but a second language besides English is a merit. The personal qualities we are looking for includes social ability, service minded and teamwork with a customer focus.
