The Operation & Maintenance Excellence section sits within the Industrial & Digital Solutions division of wider AFRY. Our team offers solutions and expertise within aviation, railway, energy, and defence. We are looking to strengthen our team with experienced consultants in the aviation industry and with the MRO system Swiss-AS: AMOS. Our team has a nurturing atmosphere, high competence, and an open environment. Our business is managed and adapts to each individual situation, therefore you will experience the flexibility of a small organization whilst also being able to work on assignments within some of the largest organizations in Sweden. AFRY has modern offices centrally located in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Oslo.
Job Description
The Operation & Maintenance Excellence section is looking for experts who want to contribute and make a difference in our customer's daily work and operating environment. As an AMOS expert, you will mainly work with customers in the aviation industry using AMOS or that are about to implement AMOS. The tasks may involve establishing, analyzing or developing AMOS processes for maintenance operation, digitalization of a process or setting up the AMOS software to work with the customers maintenance processes. You will also be responsible for the Nordic AMOS Reference Group, meaning setting up and hosting meetings and conferences as well as develop the agenda of the Group.
Qualifications
We are looking for a consultant who is excited and committed to working between strategy, business and IT. You have at least 5-8 years of experience in your specialist area and have a relevant academic degree. We'd like to see one or more of the following qualifications:
Industry experience in aviation
Project management within implementation of complex IT solutions and digitization projects
Expertise in the MRO system AMOS
Experience in process development, streamlining and optimization of operations
Asset Management
Certification in the relevant field is an advantage

We are looking for a team player who wants to use their full potential. This role is looking for employees for the Swedish and Norwegian market, where your main working location is at our office in Stockholm, Solna.
You must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Daily commuting to our customers is included as a natural part of the daily work.
Our assignments are varied and some are in security-classified areas. This means that you may be required to undergo a security clearance before joining our team.
