Along with employer branding, the role also gives you who has with the value and heart for it, to work with Diversity & Inclusion relation questions such as LGBTQ, gender and programs for newly arrived Swedes (i.e. Jobbsprånget). Just to mention a few touching points.
When it comes to internal mobility there are some interesting things happening right now and you will be right in the center of it leading the change.
Last but not least, the role is quite extrovert which means to represent and speak in the name of Volvo Group externally and internally. You will meet with many interesting colleagues also outside of the Group.
All in all, it is a very fun position with many fantastic colleagues globally, in Sweden and externally.
