hela Sverige We are now looking for a new Director for Global Supply Planning. The purpose of this job is to to lead & control the global supply planning team and to manage the planning process to ensure the minimum level of stock is available in the business to achieve agreed Service Levels at least costs, meeting the Groups? target for Working Capital.
The Director is also responsible for achieving the plan based on the generated hub demand and manufacturing capabilities (both external as internal) through effective planning and co-ordination of a wide network of people ranging from production centers, external suppliers to internal colleagues (NPD, Pack tech, Purchasing).
The position is reporting to Vice President Planning
Your Key responsibilities
1. Product Supply or Replenishment
To lead & control the Supply Planner team in order to ensure:
• To create, review & communicate the Supply plans to the suppliers/manufacturing units where necessary using individual judgment based on understanding manufacturing capabilities, to prioritize production and exert pressure to hit customer deadlines.
• To review and manage in coordination with Global Inventory function the safety stock level on each sku.
2. Inventory Management
To lead & control the Supply Planner team in order:
• To provide an effective plan aiming at minimizing obsolete stock. To track & report write-downs.
• To manage the relationship with our 3PLs provider & Global Logistics team regarding incoming goods.
• To provide forward visibility of stock levels thereby allowing the business to plan for change and identify potential future service issues.
3. NPD Management
• To lead & control the Supply Planner team in order to ensure:
• To co-ordinate the supply & logistical aspects of NPD ensuring that an effective plan is produced to minimize obsolesce and achieve the product introduction at the desired date.
4. Master data
• To ensure proper population of product & vendor master data, PIR, MRP parameters
• To ensure full master data audit & integrity
• To liaise with Distribution team with regard to other Master data.
5. Corporate reporting - KPI
• To ensure that all KPI-PPI are available on time with supporting comments.
6. Supply Chain Improvement
• To identify and action improvements in current business processes, systems and procedures within the Supply Chain.
• To effectively liaise with key internal/external customers to ensure all supply chain opportunities are maximized.
7. Management of Team
• To create and lead a highly motivated and responsive team.
What we are looking for
• 7-10 years relevant post graduate experience
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Strong project management and people?s skills
• Fluent in English and Russian
• A high level of cultural awareness
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven and can-do spirit
• Enjoy working in a diverse, international and entrepreneurial working place
