hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Director Supply Planning to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
• To lead & control the Supply Planning Category team (Managers and Specialists, more than 12 FTE). To attract, retain and develop talents ensuring the performing team culture.
• To ensure that the resources and processes are in place in order to manage the planning process to ensure the minimum level of stock is available in the business to achieve agreed Service Levels at least costs, meeting the Groups? target for Working Capital.
• To achieve the plans and targets based on the generated hub demand and manufacturing capabilities (both external as internal) through effective planning and co-ordination of a wide network of people ranging from production centres, external suppliers to internal colleagues (NPD, Pack tech, Purchasing, ?).
• To ensure that the planning part of the NPD Process is delivered on time & in full for all product categories. With a strong value adding focus, to drive change, reassessing and develop the organization, including roles, responsibilities & work activities
• Shall work in Co-ordination with various processes such as Procurement, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, DP & Logistics in order to support direct functional activities & other business tasks &projects.
• Co-ordination and tracking of KPI Review (service, inventory, financial (scrapping)) for the team and process developments.
• Preparing the necessary analyses of data and modeling various scenarios for Top Management to ensure the availability of all the information for strategic or other decisions
• Ensuring the appropriate planning parameters are maintained and appropriate forecast processes, techniques and methodology is applied in order to achieve targets and KPI?s.
• Generate the ideas and/or models to identify opportunities and optimize supply chain network
• Work with the key related departments inside and outside Supply Chain/ Finance groups to reduce and eliminate the risk and exposure of excess and obsolescence
• Preparation and control of the budget for scrapping of materials.
• Management of projects including projects? approval, cost, time, ROI, periodical communication to top management in the mentioned areas (.

• Qualification in Technical or Commercial discipline
