Description of role - Marketing Specialist with digital marketing edge

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with digital marketing edge to help develop, support, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing efforts across all digital channels as well as, in this dual role, take an active part in supporting the CMO with ongoing global campaigns and activities across the whole marketing arena.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an important member of the global marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing programs as well as play a key role in the execution of the company's global marketing communications consistent with Itiviti Group's market positioning for its leading products and services within the financial industry. This is a full-time employment reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of Itiviti Group based in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Use a data-driven approach to continuously optimize web content for conversion.
• Use marketing automation strategies to engage and nurture prospects in collaboration with regional marketing and sales.
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends and apply latest technology/insights as appropriate.
• Perform routine updates of the Itiviti website and act as an interface with external agencies for web developments and marketing automation support.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the CMO and the global marketing team, with a focus on increasing inbound leads and expanding the user database.
• Collaborate with the internal global marketing team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Refine user funnels with a focus on CRO. Support the CMO with ongoing global campaigns and activities across the whole marketing arena such as graphic design, presentations, video production and editing, content production etc.
• Participate in various meetings with Global Marketing and perform marketing support duties as needed.
• Actively take part in other global projects that occur and contribute to the effective workings of the global marketing team.

Your Profile

• Degree in marketing or a related field. Experience within, or genuine interest of the financial industry.
• 4+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing or experience from working at a digital marketing agency as an account owner or similar.

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Experience of content management systems such as WordPress, SilverStripe and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Master Microsoft Office and in particular PowerPoint and Word. Experience in working actively in CRM systems (Salesforce) and design programs such as InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Acrobat.

• Possess good communication skills in English, including writing, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

This position is placed in modern facilities at Itiviti Group 's HQ in Stockholm located in the center of Stockholm.
