hela Sverige Adecco Tech is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Consultant for our client within the automotive industry, specializing in Special Projects within Foundational Products. This consultant role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of special initiatives within the Digital & IT department.
About the role
In the assignment as a Digital Consultant, where you will be employed by Adecco Tech, you will play a pivotal role in Foundational Products, driving special projects. You will be responsible to drive initiatives by defining and solving the problem, as well as communicate its findings. This includes alignment cross our organization and close collaboration with the leadership team and relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also encompass portfolio and financial management, ensuring the seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate internal communication strategies.
• Support alignment on departmental activities and contribute to the success of special projects.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain operational excellence.
• Conduct internal surveys, analyze results, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee portfolio and financial management within the Digital & IT department.
About you
As a person, you are naturally structured and organized. Your ability to maintain order and clarity in tasks contributes to a streamlined and efficient work approach. Additionally, your strong communication skills allow you to interact effectively at all organizational levels, fostering clear and open dialogue for seamless collaboration.
Furthermore, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
• Master 's degree in business, IT or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in portfolio and financial management
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Understanding of software development and agile methodologies
