As a Digital ASIC Technical Project Manager, you'll manage projects and be responsible for the development of our chips. You'll coordinate with various teams and partners, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth project progress. You'll also keep track of the project budget and be involved in technology intake, including technical and commercial negotiations with third parties.
We're all about continuous improvement, so you'll also have the chance to explore new methodologies, update our work processes, and participate in forums and workshops to enhance your skills and share knowledge.
Who We're Looking For
* You're a driven leader with a passion for advanced ASIC development and team leadership.
* You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
* You have experience leading technical teams and are familiar with agile methods.
* You're a team player with excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
* You're open-minded, goal-oriented, and eager to build high-performing teams.
