In other words - we have an understanding all the way up in the executive management team that Doing Things Right pays off in the end.The ideal candidate will have the following experience:Comfortable coding custom JavaScript-and/or Ruby solutions rather than relying on existing frameworksExperienced with both production-quality code and rapid prototypingPassionate about user experienceMobile web development and responsive design skillsCapable of producing digital assetsResults oriented and able to work independentlyA couple of years'?experienceSpeak and write English fluently.
