The PDM (Product Data Management) team is a vibrant and global community supporting the tools and applications that keep our product data running smoothly. We are around twenty colleagues, with about a third of the team located outside Sweden, mainly in Chakan.

We're now looking for a new Software Developer who can contribute to our team. Whether you're an experienced pro or ready for your next step in development, we're excited to hear from you.

This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
In this role, you'll help shape and enhance the Product Data Management (PDM) solutions used across Tetra Pak. Your contributions will directly impact how teams worldwide design, collaborate, and deliver.


Your responsibilities will include:

Developing, supporting, and troubleshooting our customized Windchill PDMLink environment.

Participating in upgrades, patches, and version migrations, ensuring our platforms stay robust and up to date.

Contributing to exciting, crossfunctional projects within the PDM domain, helping drive innovation and process improvements.
Maintaining and enhancing PTC applications and custom add-ons, ensuring high performance, stability, and usability.


We believe you have

Extensive hands-on experience with Windchill PDMLink customization, including tailoring business logic and UI components.
Strong understanding of Change Management processes, ensuring smooth and controlled evolution of product data.
Deep knowledge of Windchill APIs, with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
Practical experience working with Oracle databases, including schema management and query optimization.
Solid foundation in software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience operating within clustered Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and stability.
Familiarity with Maven-based build and deployment automation, enabling efficient and repeatable delivery workflows.
A proactive, solutionoriented mindset, with the ability to analyze problems and drive improvements.
Curiosity and motivation to explore new technologies, configurations, and architectural approaches.
Capability to lead changes and manage release cycles for PDM-related products and services.
Experience working with a broad range of web and enterprise technologies, including:
Java, JSP, Tomcat, Apache
Objectoriented programming and design patterns
XML and J2EE concepts
Oracle and/or MS SQL
