All of our software developers master the craftsmanship to develop solutions with a product perspective from idea to the hands of the end user. That makes the organization flat and agile where everyone takes responsibility for the result and the client relation with a holistic understanding of what we are achieving with the product. A work method that is enveloped from our swedish way of thinking.
