We are now looking for a Software Developer with a few years of experience to join one of our development teams in Kista, Stockholm. Here, you'll work in agile teams where everyone contributes their expertise and drives products from concept to delivery, with collaboration, creativity and open communication as the keys to success.
Our focus is Feature Development in NG-OLLS, with impacts on Carrier Resource Management Extended Architecture. This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the centre of Radio development. With a focus on NG-OLLS, the main lower layer split going forward - you will gain first-hand experience in realizing Ericsson's strategy to support openness.
What you will do:
• Develop exciting new features
• Maintain and improve existing products
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other teams
• Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Document and share knowledge
• Bring your own perspective and innovative ideas to the team
The skills you bring:
• BSc or MSc degree and a few years of experience
• Fluent in English
• AI enthusiast
• CI & Integration driven mind-set
• Programming skills in object-oriented languages such as C++, Java
• Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
• Readiness to cover for team
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Positive mindset, curiosity and a can-do attitude
