The Brake System installation group is now looking for new colleagues who will be challenged in a varied environment, with great opportunity for wide product knowledge and a responsibility directly linked to the truck and its performance.
You will be expected to
Find suitable installation solutions for the brake system components to evaluate the brake performance. The requirement are always to navigate thru the Scania modular system to find solutions for all applications from long haulage, mining and construction to autonomous solutions.
Collaborate with other design groups and functions from an early stage in the design process to understand and set the demands for your design area. You are expected to visit the production facility continuously.
Run your area of responsibility for the entire development process from conceptualization, prototypes to verified solution in serial production. Of course, with an optimized weight and cost perspective.
Learn and understand how your installation could improve the truck performance.
Enjoy working with others. The role is highly cross functional and you will be working in close cooperation with others.

Your profile
You have experience from previous implementation projects and have experience in Catia V5 or similar. As a person, you have good initiative skills and are well-organized. You can naturally engage your environment and have the ability to explain and present concepts and requirements to cross functional teams. It is important for you to have responsibility for your own deliverables.
