Design coordinator for usability - Stockholm, Sweden
Design at Electrolux is a global community of 200 multidisciplinary professionals working in 7 locations worldwide. The aim is to design meaningful and sustainable consumer experiences (products, services and interactions) in close cooperation with the different business units/areas. We strive for a global mindset and integrated success and our approach, Human Touch, is iterative, research-based and collaborative. As part of the journey described above, we see the need for a design coordinator, who will support designers within BA EU with a focus on usability planning needs. The main responsibility for ensuring that we have an integrated approach to resource planning, continues to improve. Global Coordination that will be able to report on integrated investments within each product line and support integrated scoping of projects, primarily for Usability.
A normal day at work:
In this position, you are faced with new ways of thinking about the problem, enabling innovation and gaining followers. You set the agenda for a given scope, support leaders by delivering great design work, and are responsible for the effectiveness of the Usability portfolio. Key responsibility for design coordination, design efficiency within Stockholm Studio:
Usability in portfolio planning:
• Stay up to date with needs and support the translation into a portfolio planning taking into account resource and budget needs.
• Quarterly review of the portfolio and business adaptations.
• Ensure that different business priorities are translated into realistic budget goals, thereby enabling conditions and concrete measures.
Continuing to improve BAEU:
• Guide and support effectively provide back-end support to the Design Effectiveness team
• Create and maintain a business-friendly RASIC matrix for a given part of the development process.
• Establish and maintain the onboarding and offboarding process to support managers and newcomers towards an overall positive experience.
• Support Teambuilding events within BA EU and across the Studio in Stockholm.
Resource Management Stockholm
• Create a forum for successful implementation of RM for Usability in Stockholm.
• Facilitate the discussion of effective resource planning. Leverage data entry and look at both projected resource needs and actual timekeeping to become more data-driven and predictable in our resource planning and utilization

Education and experience:
• Degree in Business Administration, Design Thinking, Economics or Software Development and Engineering
• Have experience in project management that involves cross-functional collaboration.
• Ms Suits skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Office)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills - building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Master English fluently, both in speech and writing
• Work well as part of an international team
• A true team player

• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary SEK 25,000/month. On the 13th and 14th month, the salary would be SEK 28,000/month
