We are looking for a Depot Manager for our Services Division in Nässjö
Your Role
As Depot Manager you are responsible for all tasks according to the business requirements of the site. Special emphasis is given to coordination and standardization in the areas of management, contract compliance, economy, and quality and safety issues.

You will be responsible for coordinating all business related activities. at occur locally, to ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with local requirements and regulations and in line with business objectives. In addition, the Depot Manager shall foster good communication between the other sites, staff and the rest of the organization, in the company.
Work will be performed in close collaboration with both internal and external stake holders.

Responsibilities and Challenges

Delivery responsibility for one or more client contracts
Delegation of tasks with relevance to railway safety is included in the service which requires, inter alia, Health and random drug testing, etc.
Delegating work responsibilities
To lead, allocate, coordinate, document, develop and optimize production maintenance.
Implementation of quality management and accountability
Cost responsibility for its own activities
Operational responsibility for railway safety
Resource planning, activity area
Staff professional development and training issues
External contacts with customers and suppliers
Contact for trade union activities
Follow-up of maintenance production
Approve job descriptions for the subject, in line with the company's expertise and accreditation requirements
Information and reporting requirements to the Senior Manager and Head of QHSE (Quality, Railway Safety, Work and the external environment)
Safe Storage and handling of company property such as the information / documentation
Keep informed of the finance function of changes in machine code and register for computer equipment to IT

Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
Technical university degree or other relevant experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Excellent leadership and management skills
Lean training
Contractual and commercial experience
Experience of railway/transportation environment and service/maintenance
Experience of Maximo, Windows Office, Excel, Windows Applications, SAP
Fluency in Swedish and English

In order to be successful in this position you need to have a high sense of responsibility, be well organized and structured. You also need to be driven with excellent communication and collaborative capabilities.
