As Demand Coordinator you are in the center of the events and have many internal and external contacts. The purpose of this role is to act as the main contact for the customer, and have the operational responsibility for the distribution in selected markets within the region.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Customer support and being the first point of contact person regarding daily issues concerning product availability and deliveries
• Create and implement flow analysis and identify trends in the logistic chain
• Work integrated with the department 's various functions to maintain the best logistics solutions for the customer
• Handle claims and set up customers in the systems
• Coordinate customer initiated sales activities and prepare for launch of new products
• Create and suggest improvement initiatives and present information that facilitates he customers' decision making process

Qualifications:

• Education and work life experience from Supply Chain / Customer Service / Sales
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Gained knowledge and understanding of Asian markets
• Interest in Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge in any Asian language is a merit
