Position Overview:
As a Delivery Manager, you will be a key player in the implementation and improvement of agile practices within our delivery team. Your role is critical in managing the entire life-cycle of product delivery, ensuring value delivery, and maintaining the health and performance of our teams. This includes planning, forecasting, estimating, prioritizing, measuring, road mapping, and overseeing all aspects of delivery to meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and improvement of agile practices within the delivery team.
• Run the life-cycle of product delivery, ensuring the recognition and delivery of value.
• Plan, forecast, estimate, prioritize, measure, and road map delivery activities.
• Maintain the health and performance of teams through effective leadership and coaching.
• Manage delivery momentum through risk management, problem-solving, and escalation.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in product, UI/UX, code, and software development cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support and manage communication between the delivery team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a couple of years of experience in leading products and projects.
• Minimum of a couple of years of experience in leading processes.
• Relevant academic background.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.

To fit in the role of Delivery Manager we believe that you have strong leadership and coaching skills. Proven experience in managing successful deliveries. Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-07-22 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client with office in the central part of Stockholm. Send in your application in English (preferably in Word format) as soon as possible, as interviews take place continuously.
