We are now looking for an IT Service Responsible (ISR) to one of our delivery areas called Merchandising Online within the division Sales Online& Marketing. The area is very exciting and close to our online customers.
As ISR (IT Service Responsible) for Merchandising Online, you have a key role where you are responsible for the IT- deliveries within the area towards our business. In this case you will especially support and work with the function Merchandising Online, responsible for the order management functions, part of supply chain and stock control. The area consists of traditional system maintenance teams working with maintenance and new functionality as well as projects, but as ISR you will also be responsible for functions delivered in a Manage Service situation.
You'll be a part of division Sales Online & Marketing. That's the part of H&Ms IT Department who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and of course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands.
During 2017 and forward there are many exiting challenges related to this area, both organizational as well as connected to expansion and ongoing project deliveries.
As an ISR (IT Service Responsible) you are responsible for the IT deliveries delivered to your business partner and are expected to establish good relations with representatives and to gain an understanding of the conditions of their business. Therefore it is important that you have good communicational skills, are business minded, have good technical knowledge and a business oriented mindset. Since you will lead System Responsibles and IT Project Managers it is also important that you are an experienced leader with strong coaching and collaboration skills. We want you to have a strategic and operational mindset since you will be working with strategic and tactic questions. You have a positive mindset and strong power to drive tasks forward and embracing challenges.

Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Service Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
You're to do-list includes:
• Overall delivery responsible for your area in an IT perspective
• Build business knowledge & relationships with business
• Coordinate investigations and change requests
• Lead and coach the leaders within the area in their daily work and challenges
• Collaborate with business to secure a business oriented steering around projects- and maintenance deliveries
• Collaborate with other areas within IT to assure your delivery
• Delivery- and budget responsibility towards the business
• Actively participate and manage sourcing decisions
• Act as project owner and participate in Steering Groups
• Work with strategic and tactic question within the division
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams from roles like IT Project Manager or System Responsible
• Experience of IT Maintenance management and budget responsibility
• Technical background
• Good Swedish and English communication skills
The role is 100% and is based in Stockholm, Marievik.
