As DMS Specialist, you will belong to Workshop Development. You will be working with one of the central systems at Volvo, used in 40 countries in Europe, International and Latin America. 1 200 workshops and more than 16 000 users processing 7 million orders yearly. We are now looking for a new colleague for our highly engaged team.
Areas of responsibility:
* Support and coach the market in optimal usage of Volvo DMS
* Collect and consolidate ideas and demands how to further work more efficient, process/way of working as well as application changes
* Facilitate meetings for market responsible to strengthen co-operation between them, including promoting knowledge sharing and benchmarking
* Participate in test of new development, enhancement, interface, bug fixes
* Secure and develop training material and programs
* Train and support new market responsible.
* Support market responsible with performing classroom or online training for dealers
* Participate in dealer meetings facilitated by market responsible
Qualifications:
* Analytical and constructive mindset combined with a high level of self-motivation
* Customer Focus
* Good networking skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
* Experience of truck business within Aftermarket
* Experience from DMS or similar retail system covering resource planning, securing parts and invoicing.
