Over the past 10 years Star Stable Entertainment has grown to become a multi-channel entertainment company; the home of an independent record label, short-form animations, book series, comics, and mobile apps. We are a dedicated team of over 180 employees, on an adventure to scale our unique impact in the world with several new games and product lines in development across desktop/mobile.
To help us on this mission we are looking for a talented Data Analyst to inspire and lead the way to more data-informed decisions so that our teams across the business can create the best experiences for our players. The analytics team's vision is to create a data self-service environment that will serve the many departments that rely on and leverage data for their decisions. Together with your team, you will be a driver in guiding the business to become more data-informed and help shape the path that Star Stable Entertainment takes as it expands into new product lines.
You will not simply deliver answers, rather, you will help teams find their own by turning complex metrics into information that is easily understood and easy to act upon. You will build dashboards and reports that are focused on storytelling in order to bring data to life for others. We imagine that you are a social person who enjoys the pedagogical approach to guiding and supporting teams with data. This approach may at times involve hosting workshops or creating videos tutorials, but we imagine you might have a few of your own ideas with regard to educating others on data in a fun- and informative way.

The profile we are looking for
• Have a good foundation in SQL.
• Have experience with visualisation tools, for example, Qliksense, Tableau or Looker.
• Is a strong data storyteller and is able to explain data in a compelling and easy-to-grasp way.
• Enjoys setting up dashboards, ways of working, KPIs and reporting structures.
• Have the ability to make others passionate about data and can break down data for others to work with.
• Values input from others and understands that collaboration is what creates magic for our users.
