Axis Communications is seeking their new Inside Sales Account Manager to strengthen their team. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be a key part of their operations and be responsible for managing partners in the Danish market. Whether you are a junior or senior in sales, you will play a crucial role in promoting their product platform and contributing to their success as a world-leading company in video surveillance.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will work towards the Danish market, independently crafting strategies for each partner and tailoring solutions to their specific needs. You will act as the hub, working with both large and small customers. The team consists of approximately 30 people across the Nordic region, with your closest colleagues being the Swedish team of 5 people at the office. In Denmark, you will work alongside their Key Account Manager and Sales Engineer.

Your main task as an Inside Sales Account Manager will be to nurture and strengthen relationships with existing partners, provide continuous support, and introduce new products to the market. By building strong relationships and trust, you will help your partners understand the benefits of Axis Communications and remain their preferred choice. You will also be responsible for quickly resolving technical issues and actively seeking new opportunities to develop the partnership. In addition to working with existing customers, you will reach out to previous customers to expand the network and enhance Axis Communications' presence in the market. By identifying new opportunities and collaborating with distributors and companies handling similar products, you will further strengthen Axis Communications' presence and success.

Your primary responsibilities as an Inside Sales Account Manager will include:
• Driving sales in Denmark together with your team.
• Developing new business opportunities with existing customers and/or identifying areas for improvement.
• Acting as the main point of contact for matters related to your accounts.
• Engaging with previous customers to re-establish contact.
• Identifying, establishing, and maintaining profitable relationships with resellers, IT and security integrators, and channel distributors.
• Forecasting and monitoring key metrics for your accounts, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
• Visiting and participating in select trade shows and exhibitions

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Can express yourself fluently in Danish, both written and in spoken, as the language is used daily in customer interactions
• Can express yourself fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Passionate about building relationships and possess strong communication skills
• Experience in a commercial role, such as service professions within B2B, call centers, retail, or customer service
• Experience or interest in technology
• Proficient in computer and system usage
