We are currently looking for a proactive, service oriented and driven Inside Sales Representative to Arrow Electronics, located in Kista, Stockholm.
We offer you an exciting and international working environment. Your will be handling the Danish market and be part of a Nordic team. Furthermore we offer you an exciting job with lots of professional challenges and a lot of interaction with colleagues and customers.
Publiceringsdatum2013-05-27Dina arbetsuppgifterThe job is very customer oriented and your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as customer support, quoting and order preparation, problem resolution, reporting and forecasting.
You will support both new and existing potential customers, solve pre-sales and post-sales problems in a most effective way, review reports to ensure timeliness and accuracy of orders and backlog management amongst other things.
The role includes responsibility for keeping an on-going contact with the customers and develop and maintain the relationship with these. Your key interfaces apart from the customers are suppliers and internal staff such as technical resources, sales managers and specialists.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
In order to be a successful candidate you must have relevant experience from a similar position with documented good results. We will put great emphasis on your personal qualities such as result- and customer orientation, ability to build relationships, assertiveness and business sense. As a person you must be able to work independently as well as in a team and you have great interpersonal skills.
You are fluent in Danish and English, verbal as well as in writing.
