What you bring to the table
• Curious about systems, their attributes, and a systemic approach to security
• Passionate about emerging cyber security threats and their possible impacts on the business environment

• Energized by working both independently and interdependently in the cyber security network and cross functions
• Inform, influence, and consult with relevant stakeholders on the Cyber Security topic, actively promoting a culture where security and privacy is the responsibility of everyone.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
• Manage and inspire a team to work together in an agile fashion
• Two to five years of experience in working with cloud deployments and cloud security
• Cloud native security frameworks and controls
• Experience in DevOps using Cloud deployments
• Hands-on experience of building large-scale, secure cloud-based solutions
• Container security
• GCP Compute services like Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, App Engine, etc.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in the role, we expect that you have experience of the relevant security domains in combination with the capability to communicate this to stakeholders in a clear and concise way. We believe that you are used to managing highly confidential information and to act with a strict level of professional discretion.
You will be joining the Cyber Security & Privacy Engineering team within Ingka Group. As a Cyber Team Leader, you will work closely with other Cyber Engineers to focus on enabling and securing IKEA on-prem and in the cloud.
