A fast growing, leading provider of indoor positioning safety, communication and smart care solutions is now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to strengthen their team, and later on leading the whole support team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to our customers via different support channels (phone, email).

• Perform analysis to find and resolve the root cause of issues reported by the customers.

• Develop further our customer support organization processes and procedures in cooperation with other departments such as RnD

• Represent the voice of the customer to influence future product improvement and development.



WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• Customer-centric mindset

• Problem solving skills and can - Do attitude

• Native Swedish

• Good written and spoken English

• Able to multitask and assist several customers at the same time

• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn new systems and processes

• Ability to explain difficult topics in layman's terms

- Experience on Freshdesk or similar customer support platforms.'
