Seco Consultancy (SC) offers consultancy services and digital solutions to our customers with a focus on manufacturing processes. We support our customers throughout the entire manufacturing journey with a strong focus on machines, systems and people. The Business Operations team is part of SC and handles assignments such as marketing, customer support, customer success, product administration and order process. Delivering digital solutions to our customers is new to us. By connecting tools to the internet, we have created a new after-market - an after-market that requires us to educate and support our customers on their journey towards achieving success with these new tools. A good relation to our customers is everything and we are now looking for a self-motivated and curious Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to join an established and well-known organization on a new and exciting adventure! Though we are still in the beginning of this journey, we have the ambition to grow quickly - and you have the possibility to shape both your own role and the ways of working within the Business Operations team.This position is located in Fagersta (Sweden) or Alcester (UK). Your missionThe key to this role is delivering great service and creating success for our customers, from the initial stages all the way through the finishing line. You are their first point of after-market contact and your main mission is to create trustworthy and prosperous relationships. These digital services and tools come with a great amount of new information for our customers. To assist them in understanding this information and translating it into actions to improve their operations, you provide training, remote support and follow up on a regular basis.The services we deliver are based on subscriptions, and you are responsible for renewing and expanding these subscriptions. This way we ensure that our customers get the most out of their tools, and that they truly understand the advantages and value of our services. You work closely with the teams within sales, delivery and marketing to facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for our customers, and you support with customer renewals; proactively identifying and prioritizing resources. You will also act as the customer support specialist for IDEM, our own Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solution.Your profileWe are looking for someone with an understanding of both manufacturing processes and the customer journey. You have achieved this either through a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or IT, or through work experience from the manufacturing industry. You talk the shop floor talk and can translate this into demands and actions to meet and exceed the customers' expectations. You also have knowledge of digital solutions in manufacturing, IoT and the directions that the industries are heading towards in the light of Industry 4.0. Since we act on a truly global stage, you need excellent skills in both written and verbal English.
