As our Marketing Coordinator, you're not just coordinating global marketing campaigns and product launches; you're the engine that propels them to success. With your finger on the daily pulse in our marketing operations, you'll ensure that all marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned and delivered with efficiency. In this role, you will be the pivotal link among different teams and departments, concentrating on communication and campaign efforts.
Your duties will extend to maintaining robust tracking systems via our project and campaign management tools while advancing our repository of processes and routines, boosting output efficiency, and improving internal communication.
Main responsibilities
* Use your project coordination prowess to manage and track global campaigns including product launches, with focus on timelines and milestones.
* Become the central communication hub linking product development, marketing, and sales to support aligned and excellent information sharing.
* Support the production of top-notch content and assets, delivering within tight timelines and to the highest standards.
* Streamline communication including process and routine creation across departments, ensuring project tasks and dependencies are perfectly synchronized.
* Plan and execute marketing events that leave a lasting impact, collaborating with all marketing teams to make each event a success.
* Manage collaborations with external agencies and content services, steering projects to timely and successful completions.
* Upload and coordinate content on digital asset management and product information platforms, upholding the integrity and accuracy of our brand.
* Update and coordinate with web agencies and our product owners to keep our website content fresh and engaging.
* Coordinate with our A+ listing providers and content syndication platforms, showcasing our brand consistently and attractively.
Your profile
In this role, we are seeking someone who is highly motivated and always leaning into the future, driven by a constant desire for improvement. The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker, possessing strong IT skills and a process-driven mindset.
You should be comfortable with routines and excel in them. Your problem-solving abilities will be key, as we need someone who is solution-oriented and capable of independently driving initiatives and projects. Moreover, you should be able to deliver results on time and within budget, all while upholding the high standards of quality.
Qualifications
* Relevant education or robust experience in marketing operations or coordination.
* At least two years' experience in a marketing role, with a track record of success.
* You must be fluent in English, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as your role involves collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues globally.
* Competent with the Microsoft suite and project management tools.
