OM TJÄNSTEN
We are looking for a junior Business Controller with 1-3y of experience. To thrive and succeed in the role as a Business Controller, you should be a self-motivated problem solver with strong collaborative skills. Analytical, structured, driven and organized in the way of working and have an ability to see the big picture while also seeing the details. Since the bank are a Nordic company it is a merit to have some knowledge related to accounting and intercompany. As a person, working in groups/teams should not be a problem, but also used to solving tasks independently and coming up with suggestions for improvement. The ideal candidate like challenges and have a great interest in financial reporting and follow-up.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Experienced in Excel, enjoy learning new programs and tools. Enjoy analyzing data to create decision-making support and increased business understanding.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Mercur, Tableau and/or Power BI it is advantageous.
• Previous experience from business controlling and/or customer business is meritorious.
• Candidate should have a few years of work experience with documented good performance.
• The bank also expect the candidate to be service minded with good communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to establish and develop relationships with colleagues across divisions and countries.
• Have a good knowledge in Swedish and English in both speaking och writing
