Global Innovation Studios is an exciting new tech company powered by UBI Global - an innovation intelligence company and community of over 1,200 incubators and accelerators - Global Innovation Studios was designed to discover and grow the next generation of startups. We are searching for a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills who wants to cater to the needs of our most valuable shareholders - our clients. You will work closely with our sales and product teams by relating client feedback on the product and its features.Our ideal candidate is passionate about all things digital and great at identifying problems, finding solutions, and improving relationships. To succeed in this role, candidates must be self-driven, tech-savvy professionals with experience in community growth and retention.
Objectives of this Role
Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Working closely with the Community Manager for Global Innovation Studios, encourage and develop the use of the hub by community members
Coordinate community events and initiatives with the creative team
Maintain a service-forward mindset to help drive continued value of our products and services
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and activity
Continuous interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction, service use, and knowledge level
Identify additional business opportunities with existing clients
Contribute to the product feature roadmap through the sharing of insights derived from client communication
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Continuous contact with assigned accounts, building relationships and identifying areas of opportunity
Taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members
Collaborate and coordinate upcoming community events with team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, customer success or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and project management skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience with social media
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Passion and savvy for all things digital
Native English is required, additional languages are a bonus
Preferred Qualifications
Event planning experience a plus
Bachelor's degree
Incubator or Accelerator tech startup experience is beneficial
