About the position
Perido is looking for a Customer Service Process Innovation Specialist to our client Samsung, their goal is to devote the company's talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. In order to achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this position as Customer Service Process Innovation Specialist, you will work drive and coordinate service tracking development and stabilization, coordinate CS related projects and analyze and report core KPI to different managements. You'll work closely with various internal departments and have contact with service center and system developers across the Nordic region. These are your key responsibilities:
Drive projects to implement new logics and improve KPI 's.
Regularly analyze data and create and lead action plans for improvement.
System standardization with focus on service tracking towards service partners and system developers.
Process improvements within CS with the purpose of service and cost saving optimization and efficiency.
Manage excel files including macro creation for KPI reporting.
KPI reporting.
Your qualifications
To succeed in the role we believe that you are working with a high level of structure in all the tasks you will perform. Your analytical skills will come at hand in this role and so will your broad database skills. It is important that you have the ability to prioritize right when needed. You have an excellent service mindset and communication skills which you use skilfully depending on the receiver. You also feel confident to take on responsibilities and initiative in your everyday work and are always striving for personal development. Requirements
High school education
1-2 years' experience from a similar role
Advanced skills in Excel (not novice)
Previous system experience, good knowledge of XML and EDI connections.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 2 years. Start ASAP.
