SkyltDirect is the market leader in industrial labelling in Sweden. Our company in the UK is now looking for an English-speaking customer service/marketing agent. This position is offered as a 9-month temporary contract, with the option for future employment in a constantly expanding team. You will be expected to work from our office located in Kviberg, Göteborg.
About the company:
SkyltDirect manufacture and sell signs and labels for technical installers who work as electricians and plumbers etc. The Swedish company was founded 20 years ago and was the first to develop online tools for ordering signs. We have revolutionised the sign and label industry though our efficient ordering and manufacturing process. We are convinced that more installers in Europe will benefit from the same service and therefore we have started new companies in several European countries.
About your employment:
SkyltDirect is looking for an English-speaking customer service and marketing agent for our company on the UK market. We are looking for a person who has English as their native language and either a new graduate looking to start a career or experienced in customer service and looking to expand your knowledge and skills with us. This position is offered as a 9-month temporary contract with the option for future employment in a constantly expanding team.
You will be working in a team of customer service and marketing agents from different countries. Using your combined skills and expertise, you will work together to help grow the customer base and support existing customers from your respective countries. The most important qualities we are looking for are that you have a positive attitude, a desire to work hard and want to develop together with us. It is also important that you can take responsibility and manage your own daily activities.
The employment is full-time during office hours Monday to Friday.

• Experience from the installation industry (Optional)
