Stora Enso Fine Paper produces graphic and office paper at its mills in Europe and China for printers and publishers, merchants, envelope converters, OEM manufacturers and office suppliers.
Fine Paper is establishing a Customer service centre at Nymölla Mill, providing customer service for all Fine Paper products and mills to all customers in the Nordic Region. The position is based at our Nymölla Mill, which is located just outside Bromölla in southern Sweden.
The customer service centre Manager is responsible for the daily operations in the Customer Service Centre and for the communications with our Fine Paper customers in the Nordic region, making sure that the customers receive the agreed service levels.
We are looking for four Customer Service Coordinators for our Nordic region team. Reporting into the Customer Service Centre Manager, the successful candidates are expected to actively participate in all the team’s tasks and responsibilities.
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Customer order handling and delivery planning
• Delivery and stock follow up
• Sales planning entry
• Customer basic data maintenance
• Invoicing deliveries from stocks and terminals
• Credit limits entry, payment follow up and statistics
• Technical customer service claims entry
• Customer satisfaction surveys
• Operative reporting
• Proactive communication with field sales, mills, technical customer service and logistics.
University degree or relevant work experience
• Customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of fine papers is an advantage
• Active approach, service minded, ability to analyse information, take the initiative and make decisions
• Ability to perform many different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English, other languages are an advantage (looking for applicants who are fluent in Finnish)
• Good team player
