WorkShop is now looking for customer representatives for Swedish Match’s new concept store in Gothenburg. We are on the lookout for those who share our passion for people, service and snus. You will be working alongside a world-class team of snus experts who are passionate about what they do - and we expect no less from you.

As a customer representative your responsibility will be to give all customers a great experience. By informing, engaging and sharing your snus knowledge, you will guide the customer through the world of snus. Swedish Match are very proud of their products and one crucial part of your role as a customer representative is to act as an ambassador for Swedish Match, as well as for their snus brands.
In order to succeed as a customer representative you must act as a great team player with attention to detail. At WorkShop and Swedish Match we value long-term customer relationships and therefore you need to maintain a high standard across all activities and always prioritize your customer.

We expect you to be very talented within customer service and product knowledge. We also expect you to be open and humble with an ability to make all customers feel welcome.

We are looking for the following criteria:
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Super service minded
• Self-starter and ambitious
• Outgoing and humble
• Experience of retail, service, restaurant and/or sales
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• 18 years old or older
