www.akzonobel.com/internationalPubliceringsdatum2011-12-16Om tjänstenTo International Färg AB production site in Angered we are currently recruiting a Danish speaking Customer Order Service (COS) representative who will be providing service to customers and salesmen in order to contribute to a positive development of the PC-market in the Nordic region. The scope of customer service extends from point of quotation/ordering, through order processing and invoicing up to point of cash collection from the customer. Your main duties will include:
• Process all orders placed by Nordic customers from point of order through to invoicing
• Pick batches from warehouse and print pick list to warehouse
• Record and chase POD?s required to support invoicing
• Distribute and file customer invoice plus any associated paperwork e. g. Safety and Technical Data Sheets etc.
• Measure degree of service within the guidelines of the OTIF-process
• Estimate forecasts of future sales (in collaboration with salesmen)
• Handle arrangements of customers, articles, credits and reclaims
Kravprofil för detta jobbTo be successful in this position you have previous experience in working with customer service, logistics or sales &supply planning. You are a driven team-player and have experience in operating in international business environment. As a person you have excellent communication, planning and organization skills. Since many of our customers are located in Denmark we are looking for a candidate who has excellent verbal and written skills in Danish. In addition to that, you are fluent in English and skilled user of Microsoft Office Package.
