As a Customer Loyalty Specialist you will

• In cooperation with our Customer teams within the Nordics be the voice of the customer
• Develop and establish both strategy and roadmap for increased customer loyalty and improved customer experience
• Follow up, analyze and develop customer satisfaction, churn prevention activities and retention offers

Your skills and experiences include

• ability to understand customer experience ? their wants and their needs
• familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical churn models
• a minimum of 3 years of experience within consumer marketing or customer lifecycle Management

Our ideal candidate has a Master/Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or relative field and is fluent in Swedish and able to communicate in English as Vattenfall is an international company.
